The apartment is located on the ground floor and has an independent entrance with adjoining garden. It consists of a living area with sofa, kitchen and dining area, a bedroom and two bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric hob, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa that converts into an extra bed. There are two bathrooms equipped with shower/bathtub, sink, hairdryer, toilet and bidet. In the living room with TV/Sat the sofa turns into an extra bed. The apartment is ideal for two/three people.

Terms and conditions
TOURIST TAX: all prices shown are subject to the tourist tax (aged 14 and over).
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT: the apartments are available from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival until 9.30 am on the day of departure.
RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT: The reservation becomes definitive and binding after the payment of the deposit (Italian: caparra), equal to 30% of the total amount, which must be completed within 10 days from the date of reservation. The payment of the deposit can be made by bank transfer.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: no penalties - the deposit will be refunded.
Up to 4 weeks before arrival: no penalties - the deposit will not be refunded.
From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival: 50% of the total price will be charged.
In the 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no show: 100% of the total price will be charged.
In case of late arrival and / or early departure, the price for the entire reservation period will be charged.
METHOD OF PAYMENT: we accept cash, payment by bank transfer and credit card. We kindly ask you to settle your bill the day before departure.
NO SMOKING: smoking is not allowed inside the apartments and in all common areas.
ANIMALS: are not allowed.
INSURANCE: we recommend you to take out travel insurance to be covered in case of unforeseen events.
