• The prices are per person and day. Incidental costs and final cleaning are included in the price

• The local tax (tax exemption for children under 14 years of age) is not included

• All bookings must be made in writing and accompanied by a deposit that will not be refunded after a cancellation. For late arrivals or early departures the full price of the apartment will be charged.

• We don´t accept credit cards

• We want to ensure that the apartments are in perfect condition when you move in. Therefore they are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 9.30 am on the day of departure

The services included in the price are:

• LCD television, safe, fridge

• bed linen and bath towels with weekly change

• free WIFI

• car park

• garden

• washing machine available in the laundry room

• every morning fresh bread available upon request

• during the winter season ski-shuttle service with stop right in front of our house
